| Welcome |
Dreamcatchers
Empowerment Network is a nonprofit
program that provides support to
recovering mental health clients and
people with physical disabilities as
they transition to leading
independent lives within their
communities.
Dreamcatchers
Empowerment Network collaborates
with numerous government agencies
and local businesses to offer its
diverse group of clients a complete
support program. It is the first
vocational rehabilitation program
certified by the state of California
that is affiliated with a mental
health rehabilitation center.
Dreamcatchers
Empowerment Network's services range
from assisting participants with
initial hurdles like securing social
security cards or medical
documentation, to providing
vocational training and actual job
placement with businesses in the
community. Dreamcatchers educates
the communities in which it
operates, helping to erase the
stigma associated with mental and
physical health issues and
demonstrating that when given the
proper support, clients can lead
productive lives in their local
communities. |
